Peterloo Estates has the in-house skills to analyse and assess a project or opportunity quickly and efficiently. This might include an indicative massing study or general arrangement ideas for a site; or development appraisal and cash flow sensitivity modelling. Through our extensive industry network we can also seek end-users for completed or proposed assets or assist with development funding.
The benefit of this early ground work ensures a development can progress to the next stage of the project cycle with some clarity and direction. If a development opportunity isn't viable, it is better to have that understanding before significant costs have been incurred. The analysis goes both ways however, the opportunity presented may actually be worth much more than you first thought.

The planning system is complicated, unpredictable and expensive if you get it wrong. Whilst current planning policy is largely in favour of most development activity, particularly in the residential sector, the approach of some local authorities can still produce mixed results.

Peterloo Estates has raised over £100m development finance from a wide range of UK and EU funding institutions. The debt markets are now unrecognisable from the pre-2008 days of development finance however, there is still money available and Peterloo Estates understand how to access it.
Peterloo Estates has been developing its network in the private and institutional money markets since the 2008/9 banking crisis. This network includes investment funds, discretionary funds, high net worth individuals in addition to new lending formats that have been making the headlines, such as crowd funding platforms.

Peterloo Estates has over 35 years experience of complex construction processes. From traditional family housing to multi-storey 5* hotels; and most asset classes in between. Peterloo Estates has directly overseen the development of a range of buildings and has an inherent understanding of the complexities involved in construction projects.
Peterloo Estates is not a construction manager nor does it have direct construction capabilities. The management team have however worked with a number of PLC contractors and have an extensive network of construction and project managers whom we work with to oversee a construction programme on a project-by-project basis.
