Peterloo Estates has agreed a joint venture with the landowner to secure an alternative use for this former goat farm in Aston by Budworth, near Knutsford, in Cheshire. Project 3 architects were appointed to take up the challenge.
Following local consultation it was decided that a low density housing development would be supported on the basis some affordable homes were offered. The result is a No.7 dwelling proposal with a 30% affordable housing provision.

Peterloo Estates is pleased to report the site was sold to a private purchaser in June 2019. We wish the new owners every success with their future plans.
2. The Project
The development offers No.7 new high quality homes, including two to be offered at an affordable level. A detailed landscape proposal promotes a new wildflower meadow to replace the existing dense built form.
3. Timelines
Planning was submitted in February 2017 and an indicative target date for securing planning permission is Q2 2017.
