Peterloo Estates Director Daniel Barker will be in Cannes next month for the international property conference Marché International des Professionnels d'Immobilier, aka MIPIM.
23,000 participants (and probably the same number of unofficial participants) will descend on the French Riviera town to network, explore business opportunities and possibly consume some overpriced food and drink.
"This will be my tenth visit to MIPIM and i've seen a lot in that time; from the dizzy heights leading up to 2008/09 market collapse to the depressing lows in the years that followed. The past 3 years however has been noticeably more and more upbeat and long may that trend continue across the sector."
This year Peterloo Estates has teamed up with Vivo Interiors, iLEX Project Management and ARAN Property Consultants to charter the catamaran Nikaia, which will be based in the port of Cannes.
