The landowners engaged Peterloo to assist bringing this former factory complex forward for low-rise residential purposes. Although an appropriate consent was difficult to obtain, Peterloo persevered and that effort eventually delivered a planning success.
Broken down into two applications, the total development of 76 new family homes includes enhancements to the Irk Valley corridor as well as the retained mill pond, which had previously served the mill operation, with a generous s106 contribution toward its future upkeep.
